Work with students to develop the Not on My Campus campaign to develop a community stance against discrimination, sexual assault, and provide support for diversity and inclusion. Implement and develop a community wide accreditation program to develop measurement and benchmarks based on organization involvement and activities. Guided and restructured the Greeks Advocating Mature Management of Alcohol organizations (GAMMA) to encompass the areas of self-governance of events, Greek Judicial Board, and programming in risk reduction, hazing, and alcohol. Co-supervised the Standards of Excellence Greek program that sets minimum expectations of fraternal organizations.
