1 2+2 Transfer Degree Plan DENTAL HYGIENE UACCM ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE DEGREE - TO - UAFS BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE 120 Semester Hours This agreement requires 120 credit hours: maximum 75 at UACCM and remaining 45 at UAFS. UAFS will offer the remaining Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree requirements through online or on campus courses. ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE IN LIBERAL ARTS 61 Semester Hours Students completing the Associate of Science in Liberal Arts degree with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA, will have satisfied the UAFS lower-level core for the dental hygiene program. Acceptance to the UAFS Dental Hygiene program is a competitive process and includes several additional criteria. Please see the UAFS website for criteria and application process. Please see your UACCM advisor for degree and graduation information. Agreement requirements are guaranteed in accordance with the academic year of initial enrollment at UACCM, not to precede the academic year during which the agreement first took effect. A valid, unencumbered license must be maintained throughout the completion of this program.
