All applicants are expected to have completed Year 4 of the Singapore Integrated Programme or School of The Arts (SOTA). Admission is based on merit. 2. Please familiarise yourself with the information contained in our latest prospectus or web site at - before completing the form. 3. An incomplete form will render your entire application invalid. Applications without supporting documents will not be processed. 4. Only one application form should be submitted. Duplicate forms received will void your entire application for the intake.
