3 PRESS RELEASE GOODBYE IS NOT THE END SENIORS FAREWELL 2017 KUALA LUMPUR, March 29, 2017 Seniors Farewell 2017 has been organised by Persatuan Mahasiswa Buddha at Bilik Kuliah, Kolej Siswa Jaya for the fourth year students who are going to graduate this April. Wong Shao Ying, the president of Persatuan Mahasiswa Buddha stated, The fourth year seniors help us to learn about and to adapt to life in Kuala Lumpur as well as providing us supports and encouragements in academic. Therefore, this event is significant for us to show our gratitude to them and to give them our best wishes. There were 82 members of Persatuan Mahasiswa Buddha attended this event, in which 22 members were consisted of fourth year students. The representatives from second year had performed farewell songs for the fourth year seniors. All the second year students had also performed a surprise dance. Then, the fourth year seniors were asked to deliver their farewell speeches and the event was followed by the presentation of souvenirs to the fourth year students. Mok Win Soon, the fourth year student said, It is not easy to survive in university s life, especially in maintaining the grade. I hope that the juniors study hard and at the same time play hard. Do not waste your time in your life in university as now is the time for you to gain a lot of experiences that you may not have time to experience when you have started working. It is crucial for all of you to get a good grade and therefore, do not hesitate to ask helps from seniors and lecturers if you face difficulties in academic. 18 PROBLEM STATEMENT/SUGGESTION Problem Statement Members among PMB do not really have a close relationship as every students are all busy with their own studies. Hence, a lot of juniors still do not really know the 4th year seniors well. This programme has given us opportunity to get to know the 4th year seniors in more detail before they graduate. Through this programme, members can also communicate and chit-chat as well as enjoy a little relaxation before sitting for all kinds of tests. Suggestion
