RESOLVED that the Board of Education approves the contracts between the Port Washington Union Free School District and the following schools providing special education services for the school year per the students IEP s: Henry Viscardi School The Summit School School for Language and Communication Development 2. RESOLVED that the Board of Education approves the addendum to the original contract between the Port Washington Union Free School District and New York Therapy Placement Services, Inc., providing special education services for the school year. 3. RESOLVED that the Board of Education approves the contract between the Port Washington Union Free School District and Achieve Beyond providing special education services for the school year per a student s IEP. 4. RESOLVED that the Board of Education approves the consultant services contract between the Port Washington Union Free School District and MKSA, LLC, providing special education services for the school year per a student s IEP. 5. RESOLVED that the Board of Education approves the contract between the Port Washington Union Free School District and Brookville Center for Children s Services, Inc., providing special education services for the school year. 3

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education approve an overnight field trip to Canada for Weber Middle School French students, May 11, 2016, through May 14, 2016, dependent upon international advisories, with the recommendation of the Superintendent.
