2 Information / conditions of participation The 16th Atomiade 2018 takes place from in Varese / Italy, hosted by the JRC Ispra. Registration Please fill out the registration form and send or hand it in by the 08/01/2018 to the BSG HZB e.v. for the attention of Martina Stephan, respectively betriebssport@helmholtz-berlin.de With the written registration, a deposit of 50, - per person is due, which you have to transfer to the account of the BSG by (see footnote). The online registration as well as the transfer of the participation fees to the organizer will be carried out exclusively by the board of the BSG HZB e.v.. Registration fees Registration fees The participation fees are composed as follows: Participation all inclusive (participation in the competitions + accommodation in a double room + shuttle service between the sports facilities / venues + meals): 290, - Participation all inclusive in a single room: 290, , - / p. Night = 410, - Participation all inclusive + green fee (golf): 400, - (in single room + 120, - ) Participation for supporters (without competition participation): 250, - Participation without accommodation: 140, - The dinner on Saturday evening, the drinks with the meals, as well as the transfers from the airport to the hotel, or hotel - airport are exclusive The participation fees are only to be transferred to the account of BSG HZB (see footnote)! Please do not transfer the participation fees to the account of the organizer! The organizer will not refund the deposit of 50, - in case of cancellation. For further conditions see Traveling expenses The management of Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin assumes all travel expenses for employees with currently existing contracts, whose registration is available to the executive Board of BSG HZB by The joint arrival / return travel (08.06 / ) is booked through the HZB company travel bureau by the board / or the Management. Employees who wish to arrive or leave on any other day than these specified will have to bear the expense and organize the transport themselves. (for example: for a longer stay) External members have to bear their travel expenses as well as the organization themselves. General information The organizer needs a medical fitness certificate valid at the time of participation. Basically late entries are possible. The organizer guarantees the negotiated prices with the hotels and the associated transfers only for registrations until The above mentioned time limit applies to the payment of travel costs. Tip: Please register as soon as possible this will allow the whole team in accommodation near to the respective sports fields. Please note that the Sport events take place in different places and there are no transfers between the different Sports fields. Thus, participation in several sport events that take place at different venues (sometimes at the same time) is not possible. BSG members are insured through the sports insurance of the LSB. Non-members are liable themselves.
