Athletics Cross Country Running Intermediate Cross-Country Running: from Ms. Yauk Congratulations to all of our Cross-Country Runners! Winston Churchill once said: Continuous effort - not strength nor intelligence - is the key to unlocking our potential. Our Knights really unlocked their potential yesterday. In a large and highly competitive field, perseverance won out as both teams performed extremely well. Led by Marco Groulx in 4th place and Adam Chebbi in 8th, the boys team placed a very respectable second. Several athletes had personal best finishes, and everyone played a vital role in this silver medal performance. Our Lady Knight s once again brought home the City Championship banner. The girls dominated the field. Samantha Bourdon had a personal best top ten finish, and our Knights also swept the podium. Gabby Alexander took home the bronze, Aoife Mahaffy the silver, and Sophia Oomen was the gold medal winner. 5

Secondary Cross-Country Running From Coach Dupuis and Coach Ward: After capturing 4 of the 6 division banners as well as the overall AA aggregate banner at the City Championship sat Kivi Park on October 18th, the Knights' XC team is eager to compete at NOSSA on Wednesday, October 25th.
