Asignación de roles Host: in our case would be Italy Leader: person who directs and controls the climate of the meeting. Controller time and participation: avoid digressions and encourages the participation of all guests Facilitator: person in charge of helping the leader of the meeting and contributes to good communication to avoid misunderstandings. Person in charge of concrete decisions Co coach: person in charge to suggest tips for improvement for the next meeting.
