Since its creation over two hundred years ago, more than one hundred countries around the world have used it as a model for their own. September 17th is recognized in the United States as Constitution Day. The purpose of this day is to commemorate the creation and the signing of the U.S. constitution and to honor and celebrate the responsibilities and privileges of citizenship. The students will be learning about the constitution in their classrooms on Monday, September 17th along with viewing a presentation during their lunches. They will also be able to exercise their right to vote during their social studies classes by selecting the upcoming theme for the monthly spirit day. We are asking that the students wear red, white, and blue on Constitution Day. Get the app today to stay informed! Minooka #201 recently upgraded to PowerSchool for our student information system and gradebook. Parents will need to create an account in PowerSchool to see their children s grades and schedules. This is accomplished by having your child(ren) s parent Access ID and Access Passwords. Each student has their own unique parent Access ID and Access Password. Please visit www.min201.org and click on the PowerSchool Logo in the middle of the page for instructions on how to create your PowerSchool account.
