Division of Curricular Non-Curricular work among all Staff Members to achieve good results in Total Quality Management. Part B: 1. Our Institution has continued its programme of providing higher education to Rural Youth with poor family background at affordable cost. Rural Womenfolk have been given due preference in enrolment of students. Computer Education and Training has been given to students of both Commerce and Arts Faculties. Short term Spoken English Course has been started to develop the Communication Skill of students. A 10-Days Personality Development Camp by TPN Laxman Joshi, a mind trainer of International Repute was conducted. One-Day Workshop on Career Opportunities in Management, by Dr.V.M.Toravi and Prof. Basavaraj Vasanad was arranged. Symposium on Present Education System, was conducted Prof. B.B.Mashal of J.G.College of Commerce was the keynote speaker. One-Day Employment Information and Guidance Programme by Karnataka University Employment Information and Guidance Bureau conducted. One-Day Workshop on Employment Opportunities in Insurance and Banking Sector was conducted Shri Ravindra Panth LIC Development Officer and Shri Mahesh Kulakarni Manager, Syndicate Bank were keynote speakers. 2. Our college has its own well equipped Computer Laboratory. Technology in Administration has been upgraded. The Internet facility established. We have developed customised and user friendly software for office use along with accounting software. The said software system study is included in the curriculum of B.Com. Course. 28.
