Sina.Com, Silicon Valley, CA SINA is the leading Internet media and services company for Chinese communities worldwide. Manager of Strategic Alliances Marketing: developed and executed marketing strategy, which resulted in global revenue increase, user acquisition growth, and establishment of a Business Channel. Strategies incorporated on a corporate level. Led cross- functional teams of production, engineering, design and marketing elements to rapidly implement global partnerships and marketing campaigns. Achievement: identified and closed 24 revenue-generating deals of over $4.2 million in Exceeded quota by 300%. Forever Living Products Forever Living Products is a billion dollar plus consumer packaged Goods Company. General Manager, Bay Area and Central California Marketing and Management: developed short- and long-term marketing strategies and programs. Streamlined distribution operations. Reduced inventory by 40%, while maintaining excellent customer service levels. Managed central warehouse and five district warehouses with over $5 million inventory. Sales: implemented sales training, goals and incentives, forecast sales quotas. Achievement: increased sales 67% after first month of assuming operation and continued growth 15% monthly. Surpassed annual quota by 30%. Sales Development Coordinator Management: reorganized all aspects of operations for improved efficiency. Hired, recruited, and trained general managers for four locations.

7 Achievement: during assignments in Atlanta, Denver, Chicago, and Puerto Rico, increased sales an average of 60% by implementing improved marketing, operations, and sales training. Top performing SDC of five in this position. Worked closely with established leaders to improve their effectiveness and productivity. Peace Corps Volunteer Coordinator, Panama Management: developed and implemented a training and support program to improve volunteer s effectiveness. Aligned Panamanian Government and Peace Corps objectives. Achievement: increased program effectiveness 300% while maintaining budget. Designed leadership training program that produced thirty community leaders. Volunteer Agriculture/Forestry, Panama Training: determined community needs and implemented training programs to increase community leader s knowledge and effectiveness. Achievement: created successful results oriented program in one year. The average project development time was three years. OTHER Spanish: near fluency.
