The merger was approved by the U.K. Competition Commission. Other Activities Local organizer (jointly with Bernardo Bortolotti, Fondazione ENI E. Mattei Milan and University of Turin) of three conferences (September 2002/03/04) on Auctions and Market Design: Theory, Evidence and Applications.
