Provide teachers with adequate, individualized professional development from various resources including Region 8 that is designed to effectively increase their understanding and implementation of the district curriculum with fidelity. Principals will receive professional development at Region8 on how to create/implement campus professional development plans, understanding Formative, Summative Assessments and analysis of performance data.
