19 Summary Collin County s unemployment rate is currently below 4%. Collin County will continue to see housing grow north due to the low unemployment rate and corporate relocations in Plano/Frisco. Anna ISD has started over 230 homes to date in Anna ISD added roughly 220 students this fall. AISD can expect an increase more than 2,200 students during the next 5 years. 2022/23 enrollment projection: 5,676. AISD is projected to enroll just over 9,100 students for the 2027/28 school year. 19
