15 Submit an Assignment The student can click on the name from the class stream or the sidebar to submit work. add existing file title due date create Drive file file created by teacher; if no file was created by teacher this will be blank add existing Drive file add file from computer submit remove added file add comment for teacher add link to online source The student will lose editing rights to the Drive file once the is turned in. They have the option to unsubmit the to obtain editing rights again.

16 Assignment Alerts The class stream will notify students when work is about to be due or overdue. Shows alert on Class homepage stream for s about to be due and those overdue Shows an alert on sidebar for s about to be due denotes has been turned in

17 View all Assignments The students can click on the View All link in the Assignments section on the sidebar to gain access to all submitted and unsubmitted s.. Click here to view all s shows grade when graded and returned shows s turned in shows date turned in Shows s still due

20 Assignment Submissions Click on the from class stream or sidebar and select student submissions. This view will show all students and status. name students with work turned in change grade comments left students with work not turned in date/time was turn in and returned assign grades

21 Grade Assignments Grade s from the Submitted Page & and the Student Submissions Page. After grading, return back to student student; both teacher & student must have district Gmail account. check name to complete above tasks name of Access Drive folder with submitted Download grades as csv file change point value status of when turned in type in grade add comments The teacher gets editing rights to the file when the student turns in the. Once the teacher returns the the rights switch from editing to commenting.
