Enter your school address. You will be redirected to the school s Office 365 Sign In site. Enter your password. 4

6 Adding Commands to Quick Access Toolbar Open an MS Office program. Click the down-arrow button in the top left corner in the program. Click More Commands. Click the drop-down menu to choose All Commands. Click the Command you want to add to the Quick Access Toolbar and then click Add >>. Click OK. 16 Adding Commands to the Ribbon 17 Open an MS Office program. Click the down-arrow button in the top left corner in the program. Click More Commands. Click Customize Ribbon in the menu on left-hand side. Click the drop-down menu to choose All Commands. Under Main Tabs, Click the Ribbon that you want to add Command to and create a new group by clicking New Group at the bottom. Click the Command you want to add to the Ribbon and then click Add >>. Click OK. Downloading Office Add ins 18 Add-in is installed functionality that adds custom commands and new features. Open an MS Office program. Click Insert in the Ribbon. Click Add-ins > Store. You can have access to Wikipedia, dictionary, picture symbols, research tool and many more. 6

7 Editing Documents with Natural Gestures 19 Add Draw to the Ribbon. Use touch or a digital pen to edit documents directly in Word. For more information on editing your document with natural gestures, go to Mathematics Add In for Word 20 Download: Plot graphs, solve equations or inequalities, and simplify algebraic expressions in Word! OneNote Learning Tools 21 Go to and download Learning Tools Add-In (scroll to the bottom for the button). 7

8 Example: OneNote for Math Instruction Pre-made notes can be inserted into OneNote. Use the Draw tool in the ribbon and touch-pad to write on the notes. Completed notes can be saved as PDF. 22 Sway 23 Sway is a great tool for students and teachers to create documents and presentations. Multiple Means of Representation Teachers can create a lesson or activity with instructions and include videos and pictures. Example: Multiple Means of Expression and Engagement Students can create research reports, presentations, thesis reports, personal stories, student portfolios, and many more. Example: More Sway examples - Text to Speech with Google Read&Write 24 Read & Write for Google Chrome - Floating tool can be used in Google Chrome only. The Premium version of Read & Write for Google Chrome is FREE for teachers. Go to to download the Premium version for free. 8
