My wife and I found out a few weeks bee closing that our home had the chalet shingles during a prospective buyers home inspection. Our realtor suggested that I contact Matt to see if he would be able to take a look at the roof and to schedule a replacement... Totally satisfied with all of their work and how quickly and professional it was all done. Our neighbors who had their roof done with another company told us they wished they had gone with Ridge Valley because our roof looked so much better! They were an excellent company to work with. They were very prompt and courteous as well. I had an excellent Paul was terrific and followed through on everything. Your salesman Nate Pritz was great to address all of our questions. If we had any concerns he was quick to respond to all of them. He did an excellent job. Helped with working with the insurance company and making sure process was done. Great working with! He thouroughly explained our damages and went over our options. We decided to go with Ridge Valley and they walked us through the process from... I would use them again. They were great and outstanding but once the product was being completed, it was hard to get in touch with someone. The owner wasn't very friendly. He was more upset that I had his cell number instead of trying to fix the problem. Double check your contract bee you sign it. did very good work with the roofing. However, they did not complete the installation of windows and siding. Three stars what they did was done with good quality. However, the job was ultimately incomplete. Adam was very professional and had a lot of knowledge to share so that we could make the best choices our home. I was very happy with the work they did. They came in one day and had it done. What sold me on them was their professionalism, the amount of people that they had working on site, and the amount of supervisors they had on site.
