Permission granted to Rev. Tom Osborne, to labor outside the bound of Heartland Presbytery to officiate a funeral on February 14, 2015, in Falls City, NE. 2. Approved dissolving the relationship of Tim Soule, TE, as pastor of the Westminster Church in Ottawa, effective 3/22/15 and to Member-at-Large. 3. Approved Validated & Member-at-Large Pastors. Approved the terms of call, part-time (15 hours per week 43% of a 35 hour full-time week)for Will Howard, CRE, and St. Matthew Presbyterian Church, effective April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016 with the following terms: $16,008 Travel/Professional Expenses $1, Approved the Temporary Supply Associate Pastor contract between the Rev. Granted permission for Rev. Tom Young to labor outside the bounds of Heartland Presbytery to moderate a brief congregational meeting, and ordain and install a new deacon during worship, within the bounds of John Calvin Presbytery, on March 15, Granted permission for the Rev. Andy Cullen, HR, and Second Presbyterian Church, Kansas City, MO effective March 7, 2015 to April 30, 2015, a 12-hour per week position. Granted permission for Rev. Mark Moon, to labor inside the bounds of Heartland Presbytery to do pulpit supply at Faith Presbyterian Church, Raytown, MO on April 20, Dissolved the pastoral relationship between Teaching Elder Bonnie Grabowski and First Presbyterian Church, Savannah MO, effective Sunday, April 5, 2015, voted at its congregational meeting March 29, Session approved of the following terms: salary will be paid through April 5, Mileage from April 1 through April 5 will be paid at $.57.5 per mile. 18.
