Showed up on time and work was done well. Storm Team did a very good job from start to finish, especially helping with the different intervals of processing claims. They were very professional and polite, and they finished the job quickly once the work started. Rich was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, made me comtable and at ease to get the job done. He was very good working with my schedule and he communicated with me during and after the project to make sure I was satisfied. The project leader did not effectively communicate the schedule the replacement and never followed up on the project. It was also difficult to establish communications with anyone at Storm Team's home office with questions or a project schedule. Phenix City, AL Jun 01, 2018 They were way off track on their timeframe and they also were harassing our insurance trying to get more money from them. We had paid them and they and had turned around still trying to get more money to put in their own pockets. Comment from I apologize if you feel this way Mrs. Manley, but this just isn't the case. It is laid out on the front page of our contract in bold red letters that we have a right to supplement any items your insurance missed on their adjuster's report (such as code coverage). These are items the insurance company must legally cover, they give you a better quality roof, and they are at no extra cost to you. I apologize you if you felt we were trying to put more money in our pockets, but we were actually attempting to get you a better product. The time frame was not way off, either. We signed a contract on January 25th, 2018 and the roof was completed on April 6th, Our contract states that we will begin your project within 90 days, we actually completely finished yours in that timeframe. Storm team construction is the best roofing company in town. They put The best roof on money could buy. All I had to pay was my deductible.
