Kevin Weiss, W353 S70 Tall Grass Court, Oconomowoc Matthew Bohlmann, 1448 N. 53 rd Street, Milwaukee Moved by Mr. Kirchen, seconded by Mr. Schultz to recommend preliminary approval of the Business Planned Development subject to: 1) approval from Union Pacific Railroad for at-grade emergency access over the railroad from State Street; 2) approval from the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for filling the site to accommodate the floodplain; 3) Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) approval for sewer credits; 4) addressing the concern that although this area of the city was planned for mixed-use development, the commercial entities are provided as a convenience to the residents, not for the public.
