1 The Learning Center 1. Creating an Account On the Learning Center you can navigate online courses, view classes by title, course calendar, information on hotel/transportation, cancellation policy, and also view the latest training brochure. To attend Risk & Compliance class or webinar, an account will need to be created. Following are the steps to create an account in the Learning Center: 1. In your Internet Explorer Browser, enter Note: The Learning Center home page opens. 2. On the left of the screen, click Create an Account. The Registration screen opens. January
2 3. Complete the Registration form. Note: Complete all the required fields denoted by a yellow asterisk * 4. Select the Save button. Note: Wait a few seconds for your account to process. January
3 5. Your home page screen opens when your account finishes processing. 6. On your homepage screen you can navigate, register and also purchase training. January
4 The Learning Center 2. Accessing Webcasts 1. Log into the Learning Center. 2. On the left of the screen, select View Online Courses. Example below identifies the Prologue Workbook Webcast Series. 3. Select the Webcast under the Online Courses list (example below identifies the Prologue Application Administrator Webcasts). January
5 4. The Table of Contents window opens. On the left of the screen, select item 1 (example, Print Training Guide). A pdf copy of the training guide opens. Note: Complete each item in sequential order. Some items will require completion before moving to the next, while others will be optional. Some webcasts will have two items while others will have several items. 5. Select item 2 (example, Print Handout). A pdf copy of the handout opens. January
6 6. Select item 3 Launch Webcast. (Webcast window opens). January
7 The Learning Center 3. Registering for Class and/or Webinar The Learning Center provides access to Risk & Compliance product training events. Following are the steps to register for a class or webinar on the Learning Center: 1. Create an Account at the Learning Center (if you do not already have an account). 2. On the left of the screen, click View Classes By Title. January
8 3. Select the Title of the course using the drop-down list. 4. Click on the Title of the workshop. Note: For description of the workshop, view Details. 5. Select the Register button for the session you want to attend. Note: Take a moment and read our Cancellation Policy. January
9 6. Select the Submit button on the registration window. Note: Wait a few seconds for registration to process. 7. Select the Close button on the registration screen. January
10 8. If paying via credit card, select the Payment button on the left of the screen. If payment was paid via contract, skip steps 8 and 9, then continue to step 10. Note: If payment was paid via contract, skip this step and contact the Training Administrator at Press 9 or send an to rps.training@fiserv.com. The Training Administrator processes the prepayment and approves the purchase in the Learning Center. This completes steps 8 and 9. Allow 2-3 business days to process payment. After payment process is complete, a confirmation letter is sent automatically from rps.training@fiserv.com to confirm payment. January
11 9. Payment screen appears. Select the Purchase button below. Note: Payment option is Credit Card only. After payment is made a confirmation letter is sent automatically from rps.training@fiserv.com to confirm payment. 10. A payment receipt can be printed for record keeping. Select View Receipt. January
12 11. Receipt Information screen appears. Select Print on the upper right of the screen. To purchase access to an Online Course proceed to the next session. January
13 The Learning Center 4. Purchasing or Accessing Online Courseware Following are the steps to purchase or to start Online courseware already purchased. 1. Create an Account at the Learning Center (if you do not have an account). 2. On the left of the screen, select on View Online Courses. January
14 3. Select the Title of one of the Online Courseware (example, Prologue Accounts Payable Online). 4. The Table of Contents window opens. On the left of the screen, select item 1 License Agreement. A pdf copy of the license agreement opens. Skip step 5 if this agreement was previously completed and included with the original contract. January
15 5. Print the agreement and complete the bolded and colored areas, then fax to the contact listed at the bottom of the document. Note: Allow up to five business days for processing. January
16 Final Steps: The Training Administrator assigns the course to the learner listed on the agreement. An is sent to the assigned learner with instructions on how to access the Online course. Important: If the learner information is not included in the agreement, the client should contact the Training Administrator with this information by calling (800) , option 9. Reminder: Learners have 180 days to complete the Online course once Lesson 1is started. January
