2 The WizIQ Virtual Classroom app for ipads and Android tablets is specially designed for students, giving them anytime, anywhere access to the WizIQ Virtual Classroom. The app makes online classes on WizIQ more accessible for the growing number of students who choose to carry an ipad or a tablet everywhere instead of lugging a full-sized laptop with them. This unique learning environment gives students access to media-rich content, and offers many levels of interactivity. Synchronous video, audio, and text chat offer ways for students to communicate with teachers, and to collaborate with one another during live classes. 3 Easy to install WizIQ app is free and easy to install from App Store and Google play. WizIQ offers a simple user interface which lets students focus on learning - not the technology. Our easy-to-use tool works on any android tablet or ipad. The WizIQ app is easy and free to install from App Store for your ipad and from Google play for your android tablet. Once you install, simply log in through a single sign up process and start using WizIQ app. However, a WizIQ support team is available to provide assistance to students and teachers, if desired. 2

4 Text chat for easy and effective communication Real time communication through private and group text chat. Students can text chat with their teachers within the online classroom for effective real-time communication. Students can get personal attention with one-on-one chat, and work with others in a group. Our multi-language capabilities allow students to chat in the language they best understand. 3

5 Live audio and video communication for full interactivity Learn and collaborate with 6 live video streams, echo cancellation, and full-screen video. Live video streams for up to 6 people Students can connect with their teachers through audio and video. WizIQ Virtual Classroom supports live video streams for up to 6 people via VoIP, and audio communication for any number of people simultaneously. No server delays or latency issues. We offer advanced P2P for reliable, real-time collaboration. Use full screen video If video control is given by teacher, a single click changes student to full-screen mode, which enlarges a video to fill the entire ipad or tablet s screen. 4

6 Whiteboard tools to write or draw anything One-stop-shop for all the learning resources - drawing tool, undo/redo options, and tabs for multiple whiteboards. In the WizIQ Virtual Classroom, the whiteboard consumes the largest portion of screen real estate. There students can: View PowerPoint presentations, and document files shared by their teachers who can upload them from their content library or their computer. View video shared by their teacher, pause it, adjust its volume or view it in full screen mode. The Android users can watch YouTube videos, too. Draw on the whiteboard if allowed by their teacher, using pen tool. Also students can move/delete selected objects from the whiteboard. View the content on the whiteboard in the same language used by the teacher. 5

7 View high-impact presentations and other documents Students can access audio and video files played by their teachers instantly on their ipads. The Android users can watch YouTube videos too. Students can view high-impact presentations/documents shared by their teacher. The right PowerPoint presentation and proper formatted documents, can be highly effective in the Virtual Classroom to understand a concept. Android users have an added advantage of watching YouTube videos too. 6

8 Screen sharing Screen sharing feature allows students to view what the teachers are doing on their screens in real time. The easiest way for students to learn is through demonstrations by teachers. Teachers on their desktop or laptop can share their screen with students for all kinds of demonstrations. This makes it much easier for students to understand what their teachers are trying to explain them when they need to perform any tedious task. In WizIQ app, students/attendees on ipad or Android tablet are able to view the screen shared by the teacher or presenter. 7

9 Watch class recordings if students miss a class Incase students miss a class, they can view class recorded by their teacher including presenters audio and video inputs, and multiple whiteboards. Every class conducted on WizIQ is recordable - if a teacher chooses to record it. The complete class gets captured when recorded. Later, when students play it back, the recordings play like the real class without delay or disruption, including any media sharing (audio/videos), desktop sharing, and content sharing that occurs. Recording saves time for students so they don t have to scribble notes! They can always go back to the recording to refresh their concepts. Teachers can also watch the recordings to improve their teaching skills. Like the WizIQ Virtual Classroom, recordings are also accessible from WizIQ app for ipads and android tablets. 8

10 See the attendee list inside the classroom Students can view who s attending the class. Students are able to know who all are attending the class along with them. This enables them to know their peers, engage with them, share notes and form a collaborative learning environment. 9

11 Participate in polls and view the poll results shared by teacher A polling survey for students in the classroom. Students can give instant feedback by answering to the poll questions created by their teachers and also view the poll results shared by their teachers on their ipads and android tablets. Poll results can be viewed in List View, Bar Chart and Pie Chart formats. 10
