Student Business Project You will be part of a team providing a consulting service to an external client. The tasks assigned by our clients will be varied, ranging from market studies to process audits to the creation of new catering concepts. 2. Thesis Your task will be to find a solution to an industryspecific problem using qualitative and/or quantitative research methods. You will be supervised by an experienced faculty member, who will coach you in the methods needed to successfully complete your project. *Courses may be subject to change

Hôtelière-Restauratrice/Hôtelier-Restaurateur HF LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS (one of the following) IELTS academic module, with a minimum score of 7.0 TOEFL, with a minimum score of 100 (ibt) Cambridge Advanced Examination, with a B minimum Alternatively you can submit evidence that English was the main medium of instruction during your last six consecutive years of education.
