ARI also conducts appropriate training programs and workshops to develop qualified human resources for professional and institutional capacity building and also for creating mass awareness on road safety. It can be noted that I have played one of the leading role in the road safety research, training for institutional and professional capacity building and awareness program of Accident Research Institute (ARI). At the time of my working period, ARI became an institute from centre.
