Program significantly increased number of students pursuing doctoral programs. Enrollment Management Directly involved in planning and implementation of recruitment & retention which resulted in 42% increase in enrollment (3 yrs.) at Thomas More College and 300% increase (11 yrs.) at Medaille College. Strategic Planning developed model and participated in process which sustained and transformed institutions into successful and financially viable academic centers. Curriculum Development served on general education committee which developed 42 credit hour core curriculum. Chaired subcommittee on Global Perspectives - developed and evaluated syllabi and established outcomes assessment. Teaching taught courses in history, political science, education & college student personnel/higher education for 30+ years receiving outstanding student evaluations. Student Affairs Administration developed comprehensive student affairs/services program at three institutions over 21 years. This included facility enhancement, staff

4 development, blending support services with institutional mission and student learning, and positively affecting the lives of thousands of students. Chief Judicial Officer as the moderator of the campus judicial system, successfully adjudicated more than two thousand (2000) student conduct cases and presided over 200 hearings at four different colleges/universities spanning 24 years. Served as liaison with law firms for student conduct & academic dishonesty cases involving violations of guidelines on plagiarism and other forms of academic dishonesty. Athletics successfully used athletics as a means of increasing enrollment, highlighting college visibility and improving campus life. Initiated and guided three different colleges through transition to full NCAA membership. Established 1 st collegiate football program in the history of Northern Kentucky with four undefeated seasons and highest winning percentage in NCAA Division III in the 1990 s. Building and Construction served as institutional project manager for construction and furnishing of five (5) multi-million dollar facilities. Branch Campus initiated development of innovative adult degree completion program at off-campus sites (Amherst & Rochester) in conjunction with the Institute for Professional Development (IPD). Resulted in increase of over 1000 students. Adult Education Evening College Coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh - responsible for recruitment, academic advising, and assigning faculty. Institutional Advancement Participated in 5.5 million dollar capital campaign to underwrite construction of Convocation Center and major campus renovation projects. Administrative liaison for $140,000 annual fund raising effort by Athletic Boosters. Central figure in coordination of innovative 1.2 million dollar advertising campaign that greatly enhanced exposure of Thomas More College. Public Relations Established strategy to improve/enhance profile of Thomas More College with local sports media. Resulted in 20 feature articles including front-page coverage. Marketing and Advertising initiated process at Medaille College for developing vision and positioning statement in conjunction with Jeremy Lord and Associates resulting in reorganization, direct mail & telemarketing campaigns, and significantly increased territory for college recruitment. Awards, Special Recognition 2011 Outstanding Alumnus Award - for lifetime achievement in a career & contributions and continuing support of the alma mater. St. John Fisher College.
