Philosophy of Christian Education: The faculty, administration, and board of directors at Grace Preparatory Academy of New Braunfels believe that there is one Truth Jesus Christ and His Word, the Bible and that we must make an uncompromising stand for this Truth, no matter the cost. The faculty members at Grace Preparatory Academy are dedicated to teaching God s Truth, incorporating it in all we teach, in all we learn, and in all we do. Tuition totals will be determined according to the number of classes selected from the course selection form. Books and supplies will be purchased by the student s parents for each class. (See the book list at English books and supplies are listed at Please attach an official transcript from previous school, if applicable, or a list of classes taken and number grades assigned from home. Tuition payments may be paid in full or made over a nine-month period. September 1 st is the due date for the first payment. Each month thereafter a payment is due on the 1 st of the month until the final payment is made on May 1 st. The school operates on a very tight budget, so all payments must be made on time. If irregularities in payments occur, the board will call a hearing with the family to work on a solution. If no solution can be agreed upon, then dismissal for the student will be the only recourse. Grace Preparatory Academy of New Braunfels is a not-for-profit organization seeking 501c3 status. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, gender, or denominational preference. Students: I will fully participate in the Grace Preparatory Academy of New Braunfels courses provided to the best of my ability, completing assignments as given, respecting the teachers, administrators, or other adult volunteers, and studying so that I may successfully complete all coursework required to receive a high school diploma. I will abide by the rules as stated in the handbook. 2. Parents: We will faithfully pay all tuition requirements for the courses requested by the first of the month, September through May, throughout this school year. We understand that we are committing to pay for courses for the entire year, September through May. We will faithfully pay for books, and other supplies or resources agreed upon during this school year. We will support the teachers and administrators in carrying out the guidelines as stated in the handbook.
