Need to get confirmation of appointment for each college to verify a university wide vote regarding the removal of the VP of University Advancement from the Senate and add the Chief Diversity Officer to the Senate; under the Administrative Representatives it would include the Chief Diversity Officer, the Provost, the VP of Administration and Finance, VP of Affairs, President The VP of University Advancement has requested this change and it requires a campus wide vote. a. An online ballot will be developed by Eva Joice b. Vote will be campus wide c. After the vote, the CoC will contact Dean s office in each College for appointment for each person voting on the issue d. Involvement of the vote we need to verify the proportion of the appointments e. Insure that information is sent to Eva Joice in the Academic Senate Office 2.
