2 EXAMINATION GUIDELINES Please note that the number of seats for all the examinations are limited. We accept payment only with Demand Draft drawn in favour of MAX MUELLER BHAVAN. Misspelt/ overwritten/hand corrected demand draft will not be accepted. At the time of payment of the examination fee an ID proof i. e. a copy of one of the following PAN Card/ Driving License/ Passport/ 10th certificate along with 2 latest passport size photographs must be submitted by the candidate. In case of minors, the signature of a parent on the above mentioned ID proof is absolutely necessary. No requests for the change in the examination timing will be accepted, once the examination fee has been deposited. No examination fee will be accepted after the given date & time. The candidate shall report 15 minutes prior to the examination time in the class room allotted for the same. Use of mobile phone during the examination is prohibited. The candidate must carry the examination receipt at the time of the written & oral examination as well as at the time of collecting the certificate. The candidate upon request in writing may view his/her examination paper, he/she has not be able to clear, in the presence of an examination official. The schedule for the same shall be published on our website. Certificates should be collected within 2 months after the said distribution date from the reception between 10 am-6 pm. Thereafter they will be archived. GUIDELINES FOR OUTSTATION CANDIDATES Candidates may send their demand drafts via post/courier. The demand drafts payable at New Delhi (drawn in favor of MAX MUELLER BHAVAN) along with a copy of the above mentioned ID proof must be sent to the Language Department at our postal address latest by the given date of payment published on our website and in this flyer. The candidate will have to mention his/her full name, level of examination, date of birth and mobile number on the reverse side of the draft and on the copy of the ID proof.
