All the items will be disposed off in one lot to the successful bidder and no part quotation shall be entertained. 2. The bidders may inspect the items on the days given in the auction notice and satisfy themselves of the items that for they are bidding. 3. The items shall be sold to the highest bidder (H-1). 4. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of the successful bidder shall be adjusted in the bid forthwith. The EMD of the unsuccessful bidder shall be returned within one month of the auction data without any interest. 5. Items once disposed off to the successful bidders shall not be taken back by Kedriya Vidyalaya VRDE, Ahmednagar. 6. The successful bidder has to make full balance payment in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft/Cheque/ of a Nationalized Bank in favour of Principal Kendriya Vidyalaya VRDE, Ahmednagar within five days after confirmation, failing which the offer shall be cancelled and EMD shall stand forfeited. 7. The successful bidder shall be required to lift all the items from the site to his premises within 2 days after the payment of the balance at his own cost. On failure to do so, the Principal Kendriya Vidyalaya VRDE, Ahmednagar have the right to forfeit the entire amount of the bidder and dispose the items to alternate bidders. 8. 3 Terms & Conditions for Tenders quoted:- 1. The financial bid should be quoted both in figures and words. Any overwriting or erasing in the figure shall not be considered for acceptance of the rates offered by the tenderer. 2. Principal Kendriya Vidyalaya VRDE, Ahmednagar reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever. 3. Incomplete and unsigned Quotations are liable to be rejected. An Eearnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 1,000/- must accompany each quotation. This shall be in the form of an account payee Demand Draft of any nationalized drawn in favour or Principal Kendriya Vidyalaya, VRDE, Ahmednagar without which the tender shall be summarily rejected. 4. No interest is payable for the Earnest Money Deposit. 5. The Kendriya Vidyalaya, VRDE, Ahmednagar employees and their relatives are not allowed to participate in the above auction process.
