Greater Manchester Police Hate Crime and Hate Incident Data 01/04/16 to 31/03/17 The data within this document is taken from a live database, and there is the potential that the information contained within will be updated at a future date. The data is correct as of midnight on 06.0517. Part1 These tables show the total number of hate crimes and hate incidents (non-crime) recorded over the specified, and the breakdown by type of hate motivation. If any Division has not recorded any hate crimes or incidents during the relevant they will not appear on the relevant table. Some of the hate crimes and hate incidents may have more than one hate motivation recorded and therefore the total number for each hate motivation may add up to more than the total number of hate crimes and incidents overall. Part 2 This table shows the total number of hate incidents (non-crime) only recorded over the specified. If any Division has not recorded any hate incidents during the relevant they will not appear on the table. Part 3 This table shows the total number of hate crimes recorded over the specified. If any Division has not recorded any hate crimes during the relevant they will not appear on the table. Part 4 This table shows how many hate crime and hate incident victims declared a disability the breakdown is by disability category. Some victims may have declared more than one disability and these will therefore be recorded separately.
