2018-19 SCHOOL YEAR Opening Day Procedures The first day of school is Monday, August 13, 2018. All students should report to the small gym to pick up their class schedules before reporting to their first period class. Please plan to arrive by 7:00 a.m. to have time to get to class by 7:45 a.m. School Site Council The School Site Council is the advisory and decision-making body for EHS. SSC members are elected for a two-year term. The council is comprised of 4 certificated staff members, one classified staff member, 3 parent members, 3 student members and Principal Charles Dunn. We currently have openings for new members. We are inviting parents and students who are interested in serving on the SSC to submit a brief candidate statement about yourself to Ms. Robison in the principal s office. Elections will be held in electronically during the week of Back to School Night.
