Communication The NHS Staff will utilize both the website www.noblesvillemillers.com/volleyball and twitter feed @LadyMillerVball as their primary sources of communication over the summer. High School Tyouts begin Monday, July 30 th. Times will be posted on the volleyball page of the athletic website. Please remember that being a member of this program and participating in program activities is a privilege, not a right.

Fall Eligibility Information and Physical Forms https://noblesvillemillers.com/eligibility/ ELIGIBILITY PROCEDURES The coach will not allow you to practice if you have not completed all of the following. We no longer issue white cards to student-athletes, as the information is readily accessible online by the coaches. You MUST have your IHSAA Physical Evaluation Form on file in the NHS Athletic Office BEFORE you can participate and begin your first official day of practice. PLEASE NOTE: You must also fill out five IHSAA online forms on RankOne. Go to RankOne Sport Select Electronic Participation Forms in the bar at the top of the screen o These forms will recycle each year and will become available in mid-july for the new school year. Official starting dates for the 2018-19 IHSAA Calendar: July 27: Girls Golf July 30: Boys/Girls Cross Country, Football, Boys/Girls Soccer, Boys Tennis, Volleyball October 15: Girls Basketball October 22: Girls Swimming & Diving October 29: Wrestling November 5: Boys Basketball, Boys Swimming & Diving November 12: Gymnastics February 11: Boys/Girls Track & Field March 4: Softball March 11: Baseball, Boys Golf, Girls Tennis, Unified Track What you should do after the EFFECTIVE DATE of April 1, 2018 Pick up the NEW physical form from the NHS Athletic Office or online. Have your Doctor or Nurse Practitioner complete Page 2 of the 2018-19 IHSAA Preparticipation Physical Evaluation form. In order to be eligible for the 2018-19 school year, your physical must be dated on or after April 1, 2018. Complete the History Form on Page 1 of the PINK 2018-19 Physical Form. To be eligible to participate on the first official day of practice: 1. You must turn in your completed physical form (Page 1 & 2) to the Athletic Office. Physical forms MUST be signed by both the student-athlete and a parent and must also have the License Number and signature of the Doctor. 2. You must have your five RankOne Online forms completed. 3. You must have an ImPACT Test if you are an incoming Freshman or an incoming Junior. New students to NHS must also complete the test. Please contact our athletic trainers to schedule an appointment.
