The Awards committee met on August 19th to review last year s banquet and set criteria & deadlines for our next event. Due to the positive response we will again hold the event at the Knights of Columbus on 92nd Street on May 18, 2012. Ideally, the committee would like to have someone from each school on the committee especially when the time comes to choose winners for the awards. If you are interested in helping on this committee, contact Heather Justham at 414-750-1285. The Membership committee met on August 23 to hammer out details for businesses who are interested in supporting us. Look for details on the website. The Reflections committee will be meeting in October. Please send your Reflections chair from your school to sit on this committee. It is important to have the information shared directly & each school can have input to the celebration that the children work so hard for. All Reflections entries are due to Council by November 18. Contact Anne Gosetti, 414-543-5207 with any questions. 3 The Scholarship committee is in need of another person from the Pershing, Horace Mann, Longfellow area to serve on the committee. This is a three year commitment as the person volunteering will eventually chair the committee in the last year of their term. Please contact Gena Kraemer, 414-545-4005 for more information. The Founders Day Carnival committee has not yet met, however the date is set for February 19, 2012, and we would love to have you on the committee. Contact Gena Kraemer, 414-545-4005 for this opportunity to get involved.
