Manage Exceptions If student doesn t respond If return rate is less than 50%... Agency contacts student directly with ability to access portal and enter information for student 19
Key to Success Looking Ahead - Two Keys to Success Starting with orientation let student know that their adult education provider depends financially on knowing about their success after exit. Enable the student to become familiar with getting messages from their provider and interacting with portal. 20
