You will be supported by a team offering educational support that is dedicated to your apprenticeship programme With email and telephone contact available you will be able to seek out the right support when you need it Review Meetings & Progress Tracking You will be invited to half-yearly Progress Reviews with a BPP representative and your Your progress is tracked to ensure you are in line with your Apprenticeship Learning Plan. The Team will contact you if you need additional support based on your progress. Expert Tutors Expert tutors for your professional qualification using their own real life experiences. Their goal is for you to pass your exams first time. Your Programme This apprenticeship will help you develop the required Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours to be a success in your role and is made up of the following elements: Training Skills & Behaviours Webinars Skills & Behaviours Activities End Point Assessment You will attend courses and sit exams throuhout your apprenticeship, this will focus on you developing the required knoweldge to be an accoutnancy professional You will attend 6 x 2 hour Skills & Behaviours Webinars throughout your apprenticeship. You will gain an understanding of the skills & behaviours required to be an accoutancy professional, you will be encouraged to refelect on your current skill set and then start to plan how you will complete the activities that are designed to support your development and prepare you for the End Point Assessment. Activities are designed to compliment the webinars and your internal training, they will help you prepare for the End Point Assessment. Wherever possible we have aligned it to institute requirements so you can also put them towards your Practical Experience Requirement There are 2 x assessments that you must pass - the case study and project report. The professional qualificaiton training will prepare you for the case study and the skills & behavours webinars and activities will prepare you for the project report. There will also be a dedicated case study course and a dedicated project report course for you to attend You will have progress reviews throughout your apprenticeship however you can contact the performacne support team at any time. We will provide feedback throughout your programme to ensure your are motivated, engaged and prepared for success. The final meeting is called a Gateway Review and will be a meeting between you, your line manager and BPP to discuss if you're ready to be put forward for the End Point Assessment

20% off the job training illustration As part of your apprenticeship you are required to have 20% of your working hours allocated for off the job training. Off the job training includes your BPP studies (including attendance at teaching sessions) and activities in the workplace which contribute to the development of the required skills and behaviours. The Team will give you guidance on how to utilise this time during the programme, but as a general guide we have calculated your 20% in days as follows: Notes Days 20% requirement per annum 52 Total 20% requirement for 36 month programme (calculated from start date to gateway, so effectively 33 months)* 143 Programme Module Required days Notes Professional Qualificaiton modules 104 BPP/Employer supported workplace learning of Skills & Behaviours relevant to Standard Total 143 39 Includes structured learning in the classroom through attendance on courses and structured learning outside the classroom For BPP this includes Skills and Behaviour Development Learning on BPP s VLE and evidence gathering and submission of evidence. For the Employer this can include relevant training, shadowing, mentoring and independent project work. The 20% allocation does not include additional time which may be required for functional skills or on programme resits. It also does not include Professional qualification exams or the final End Point Assessment
