Payment Point Details: EL Civics, Civic Participation Prerequisite: complete Student Outcome Data Set (SODS) consisting of Entry, Update, Pretest, and CASAS Post-test records Posttest gains are recorded under ESL School must have CDE-approved Civic Objectives and Additional Assessment Plans (COAAP) Awarded when learners pass up to two Additional Assessments 16
