Stephen Langford Promise Award Winner Read more about Mr. Langford's Promise Award here! It has been another year of creating portraits for the memory project a project made possible by the kindness of former RJR teacher Angel Caudill. This year, Drawing 2 students worked with an orphanage in Bolivia. If you have a minute, check out the video link below and also the images of some of the children receiving their portraits from our students. The memory project also has other programs where classes can make journals to send to orphanages as well as other projects for the less creative. If you are interested, check them out. It is always rewarding for students to see the impact they can have on others

rewarding for students to see the impact they can have on others around the world. Ms. Caudill has been working with them for about 12 years now and has had nothing but great experiences. The program integrates humanitarian causes with art, world cultures, and foreign language. If you need to "feel the feels for real", the video is heartfelt, uplifting, and touching.
