Library News Visit by Beekeeper On Monday, 28 May, beekeeper Mr Holsten will be visiting the ISB Library between 9.30 and 11.30am. He will be talking and showing his bees to four classes: 9.30am 10.20am EL 2 Grades 2A + B 11.00am Grade 1. There will be free honey samples and it can be purchased at 5 per jar. Grade 8 On Thursday of this week, Grade 8 presented Mr Davis with a farewell gift, made specially for him. The students had purchased a sweatshirt and signed it on the front, with a number 8 ball on the back. Take a look below! Visiting Author On Wednesday, 30 May, author Claire Weemaes will be visiting ISB and talking during Secondary Assembly and conducting workshops about her youth project work in Namibia during Secondary English lessons scheduled in the Library. House News House Points Here are this week s results as per the end of Thursday, 17 May 2018. The Results of This Week Major points have come this week from the Elementary Inter-House Soccer tournament. With Roland winning in front of Hanse, Lloyd and Schnoor, they have managed to get back into striking distance of Lloyd and Schnoor. With only two more major events coming up (Secondary Soccer Tournament on 5 June and Elementary Sports Day on 13 June), an exciting finish can be expected.
