LINCOLN RECREATION DEPARTMENT Lincoln Youth Sports SUMMER - FALL 2016 www.lincolnyouthsports.com Basketball Camp Volleyball Camp Flag Football Camp Players will learn and practice key fundamentals and advanced skills including footwork, defense, rebounding, and offensive position specific skills while incorporating this training into competitions and scrimmages. Camp is great for all skill levels. Date: M-F 6/20 6/24 3rd-5th Grade: 10:00am 12:00pm 6th-8th Grade: 1:00pm 3:00pm Location: Community Center Come participate in this week-long youth volleyball camp to learn and polish those skills and get some extra practice as we will focus on strengthening individual skill sets and incorporating them into game situations all while having tons of fun. Session 1: 9am - 12pm Session 1: 9am - 12pm Session 2: 1pm-4pm Session 2: 1pm-4pm Camp is open to ages 5-13. Each session is $115 per camper. Sacramento State Camp T-Shirt is included. Each camper should wear athletic gear and bring sunscreen. Full day campers should bring a lunch. Lunches can be purchased for $10 at registration. Camp will be held in Hornet Stadium and the Broad Athletic Facility Each camper will be provided instruction by the Sacramento State coaching staff and players. Proper fundamentals and techniques of football will be taught.
