Our Mission Deliver a superior Player, Parent and Coach experience in such a way that we develop the premiere High School Lacrosse program in the state. Boys Executive Committee Voting Members Non Voting Members We are organized under a nonprofit group called Park City Lacrosse Organization ( PCLO ). The PCLO has a 100% volunteer Board of Trustees responsible for managing all activities related to the Park City High School Boys lacrosse Program. We are dependent upon all of you to help us to meet our Mission

Costs of Running our Club Expenses of the Club $80k a year to run the Club Coaches Uniforms Game Film Transportation Field Space Team Equipment League & Tournament Fees Officiating Strength & Conditioning Team Building Events Keith Wilford Team Building Funding of the Club 100 % self supporting Player Fees only cover 47% Substantially lower than many of our Salt Lake competitors. Sponsorship and Fundraising cover the rest. Dependent upon Volunteers or fees go up to hire people to do the work

Parent and Player Involvement Requirements All Fees paid by deadline All paper work and registrations ( USL, UHSLL and Park City) completed by deadline Minimum of 10 hours of volunteer work per family Players fully participate in all fundraisers Parental Suggestions Be supportive but hold your children accountable to upholding the SPRINT Expectations 24 hour Rule for dealing with Coaching Issues Parent Liaisons Chip Pederson and Jerry French Remember that your actions in stands represent Park City Lacrosse as much as your kids on the field.

Policies Academic We follow the PCHS athletic club guidelines Must maintain GPA of 2.0 ( preceding quarter) Attendance at class is required to participate in Practice or games. Early dismissal for games is a privilege and absences/ tardiness jeopardize that approval, ( 3 absences per qtr.) Drug/Alcohol Policy ZERO Tolerance Policy All Issues will be dealt with according to UHSAA and PCLO Policies 1 st Offense 2 Game suspensions, Reporting to School officials 2 nd 3 week suspension, Counseling 3 rd Expelled from team for Season
