How do I sign up and when? Schedule and practice start dates can be found online under the athletic schedule tab. Mandatory forms (3) are also online. They just need to be printed and signed. Choosing Your Elective Preferences Elective registration form: Write your full name on the registration card Number your preferences (1=favorite, 2=next favorite, etc.) Parent/guardian signature Take a picture of the card BEFORE you return it so you remember what you have registered for You need to know that WE DO NOT CHANGE ELECTIVES if you get within your top 6 choices so choose carefully. we will not accept forms without a parent/guardian signature...no LATE FORMS are accepted No form on file = counselors choice
