Greg Mitchell Soccer Vision Academy Girls Director Coach Greg is currently in charge of the Soccer Vision Academy Girls Program in Ohio. He started the first Soccer Vision Academy teams in Ohio and has been responsible for the growth and development of the girls program since its inception. He began his coaching career at his alma mater, Davis & Elkins College (NCAA Div II) as an Assistant coach for the Men s soccer program where he was a four year starter from 1991-95. He started the Women s soccer program at D&E in May 2000. In 2004 he moved on to be the Assistant Coach at Youngstown State University (NCAA Div I) where he coached until 2009. An Olympic Development Program staff coach for Ohio North from 2006-2012, he holds a NSCAA Advanced National Diploma as well as an Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma with distinction. He also holds a USSF National C and National Youth License. Greg earned his Bachelor s Degree in Economics from Davis & Elkins College and his Master s Degree in Athletic Coaching from West Virginia University.
