Expectations for all parts of the program (organization, curriculums, coaching standards, conduct standards, planning, etc.) are set by the Technical Advisory Board. The Technical Advisory Board includes the senior leadership from the club as well as the professional teams. ACCOUNTABILITY! All aspects of the program in all locations will undergo a continuous detailed evaluation process to confirm expectations are being met. ACCESS! The new club creates a complete pathway for all players from U4 rec to the Pros.

TRAINING LOCATION South players will train twice a week at HASP and twice a week at Lentz. III. TRAINING FORMAT A. 4 Training Sessions a week (3 Team Sessions with Coach and 1 Skills Session with Nick O Shea and Angie Rigsby) B. Start times for training take into consideration travel both on the front and back end of sessions and getting the kids home at a decent time IV. LEAGUE US Soccer Development Academy League. Our conference is the Frontier Conference which includes Colorado Rush, Real Colorado, Sporting Blue Valley, FC Kansas City, FC Dallas, Dallas Texans, Solar Soccer Club, and Lonestar SC. The league is structured with one away game and one home game. Away games out of State will feature a 2 game weekend (ex. Colorado Rush and Real Colorado the same weekend). V. SHOWCASE PATH A. DA has 2-3 built in showcases and 1 Advancement event 19 s: December Showcase and June Playoffs 15 and 17 s: December and April Showcase and June Playoffs 13 and 14 s: April June Showcase VI. HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER A. DA players are not allowed to play high school soccer B. High School soccer is detrimental to the development of high level players C. High School soccer impedes on proper training environment and skews the proper training to game ratio VII. ACADEMY BENEFITS A. Best College Prep Program in the area with direct pathway to Top DI College Programs B. Direct pathway to the Youth National Team C. Highest level league in the country run by US Soccer D. VIII. COST A. $1800 per year + Cost of uniform/shipping B. Travel costs will be similar to what a high school age group currently pays. At this age a SCFC team will generally attend around 5-6 out of town showcases plus advancement tournaments. We will be placing 4 players to a room for out of town games/showcases and ask that a few parents attend as chaperones. Player rooms and shared parent rooms saves money on travel. IX.
