Baseline KPI Analysis of California Community Colleges Information on the key performance indicators (KPI) for your college was calculated based on data that was submitted to the California Community College (MIS). This information has been provided to support preliminary conversations among your college team around three questions: 1. After examining your data, what one or two specific student outcomes concern the team the most? Why? 2. What patterns in student outcomes suggest the need for greater clarity and structure in your program designs? 3. Over the next five years, by how much could you increase your rates of student success on these indicators? At the fall institute, you will have an opportunity to discuss the data further and learn about ways to use this information to support your planning efforts.
