Job training is afforded to those economically disadvantaged individuals and others facing serious barriers to employment who are in special need of training to obtain productive employment.

Ages range from elementary grades through adults 50 years and over.

The program is offered on Molokai and Maui and a partnership on Lanai.

Tutoring is adjusted to individual s level, goal or need. Methods used are from Laubach Literacy Action and Literacy Volunteers of America. Students are referred by schools, agencies, literacy hotline, or services are initiated by personal contact.
