Club Announcements

Freshman Class Officers If you re interested in being a Freshman Class officer pick up an application outside of Ms. Bjorkgren s room 2635. Those students interested must attend the mandatory officer hopefuls meeting on Thursday, September 7th at 2:35 where your application will be due.

Rho Kappa Attention Rho Kappa Sr Members. If you are interested applying for a Rho Kappa Officer, you may submit your application by going to https://tinyurl.com/rhokappaofficerapp. The application is online and must be submitted by 3:00pm on Sept. 1, 2017. Textbooks The textbook room will be open August 28th through September 15th before school from 7-7:20, during all lunches, and after school from 2:30-2:45. If you have already submitted an online textbook request, you may come by the textbook room to pick up your books. You may also come by the textbook room to make your request face-toface during these hours. After September 15th, all textbook requests must be made via online request form. The textbook room is room 1719 downstairs by the student entrance. See Mrs. Raska if you have any questions.

Auditions Auditions for Charger Theatre s Production of To Kill A Mockingbird are after school on Wednesday, August 30th and Thursday, August 31st. Meet in the PAC. If you have questions about auditions, contact Mrs. Curtis in Room 1323.

Missing Laptop Students, if you have lost your laptop please let the Laptop Tech in the library know as soon as possible. Also, teachers if a laptop has been left behind in your classroom please return it to the Laptop Tech as soon as possible.

Girls Golf If you would like to be on the girl s golf team and ARE NOT in the class period, you must come see Coach Clark in room 2519.

Mascot Tryouts Do you have what it takes to be the next Lightning? Mascot tryouts are Wednesday, August 30 at 3:15 in the small gym. See Coach Strayhorn in room 1233 for an application.

Physicals Attention students if you have a physical to turn in please do so before or after school. Do not interrupt class or leave a class during the school day to turn in your physical.

Girls Cross Country Students interested in cross country need to see Coach Haggerty or Coach Gamble by Thursday, August 24th for participation. Coaches can be found in the athletic wing of the school by the gyms.
