Founders' Day Celebration Founders' Day is when the Team NCIL pauses to celebrate its rich past and its promising future, its legacy and success- the past as we honor the bold leaders who dared to dream of a promising business; the future as we learn from our seniors whose vision coupled with hard work portends great things for the future. In recognition of the importance of both the past and the future, the Team NCIL celebrated Founders' Day in loving memory of Founder Shri Kailashchndra Trivedi on 1st March, 2014. The day witnessed series of programmes and enthusiastic participation. The traditional start with lighting of ceremonial lamp by the CMD and Smt. Bhadrabala Trivedi was followed by a plethora of activities that kept everyone engaged, enthralled and entertained throughout the day. Among the activities lined up for the day were treasure hunt, an entertaining programme called "Office Unplugged" with Red FM RJ Kunal, Fancy dress competition on a retro theme of 70's, sweet-dish competitoin, cake-cutting ceremony to celebrate 29 glorious years of New Corp and random quiz that landed loads of surprise gifts for many. The winners were awarded with fabulous prizes as the day concluded with renewed pledge to fulfill founder's dream to make NCIL a leading organisation globally. In his speech on the occasion, the CMD Mr. Sunil Trivedi expressed his pleasure over the collective preparation and enthusiastic participation. Instituted for the first time, the Founders' Day would henceforth be an annual event, he said. He further added, "The Organisation has continued to grow and so will the challenges, but like we will continue to overcome them as we have done in the past through un-wavered determination, commitment and resilience." Almost 500 persons from within and outside the organisation have enrolled for various courses. 'Hello!' appreciates efforts of our internal faculties, viz. Kumar Nishant, Assistant ManagerP&A who takes sessions on Human Resource Management, Mr. Harish Chandra Bansal, Senior Manager - Fin & Acs for imparting knowledge on finance, Mr. Hitendra Kekre, Senior OfficerR&D who takes classes on Quality and Mr. Jay Tiwari, Assistant Officer-Stores on Loom related and relevant topics. Health Checkup Camp In order to create awareness about Migraine and HIV, our Welfare Department, on 25th of March, 2014. A team of doctors from MPSacs, and NGO, conducted the camp in our premises. Staff in large numbers took time to learn about the topics and get themselves checked with respect to said health issues.
