If wanting to open a student Dollarmite account please do so by visiting the Commonwealth Bank. Our Foundation students will have each Wednesday off for first 6 weeks of Term 1. Each foundation student will have an appointment for their assessment with classroom teacher. The week of Monday 8th March will be foundations first full week. ART SMOCKS AND LIBRARY BAGS Children require an ART SMOCK for Art Lessons and a LIBRARY BAG to borrow library books. These can be ordered through the school office or an order form is attached to email. Already we have had an exciting fun filled holidays and are now settling into Term 1 for 2019. TheirCare provides a stimulating and safe environment for all children and an environment where children come and enjoy their time in the program. During sessions children development life skills, friendships, confidence and creativity through play. To use the program, you will need to enrol at www.theircare.com.au or call 1300 072 410. It is simple, fast and there are no enrolment fees! That means even if you are not planning on using the service but find that you are running late you have that peace of mind that your children are safe, fed and enjoying themselves with their friends under the supervision of qualified professionals. Operating Hours: BSC 7:00am 9:00am and ASC 3:30pm 6:00pm CSEF Have you added your foundation child to your CSEF claim form?? Have you claimed CSEF in previous years and now have a foundation student to add to you claim form? If so, please phone front office so we can claim for your foundation student if you haven t done so already. If you have a NEW Health Care Card, please complete CSEF application form at front office. Families who have a Health Care Card are eligible to claim $125 per student for Camps & Excursions and money is paid directly to the school for your child s costs. PARKING The Shepparton council will be monitoring the parking around Bourchier Street School, and will issue fines where necessary. Please be mindful to abide by the road rules when collecting your child/ren.

CAMP FINAL PAYMENTS NOW DUE We are finalising numbers for our school camps and we thank families who have paid in full. (with or without money) Teams will be organised in the next 2 weeks so please secure a spot for your child/children. All players also need to register online on a new registration platform. Once we know more about this process we will notify you all. Please send registration form into front office with or without money. Registration can be paid in cash to the front office at school or via bank transfer. Bourchier St Netball Club Season 2019 Bourchier St Netball Club will hold a registration night in late February or March, with the date to be confirmed. Who can play? Players must turn at least 8 in 2019 UNDER 9's - BORN 20010 2011 UNDER 11's - BORN 2008-2009 UNDER 13's - BORN 2007 When & Where do we play? Shepparton Netball Association runs the competition on Saturday mornings starting at 9am at the John McEwan Reserve, Brauman St Shepparton. The competition starts 27 th April and will run through to 24 th August with only U13 qualifying teams to play in finals after the last round. U9 and U11 teams do not play finals. Costs and Registration Information All players are required to be registered with Victorian Netball Association (VNA), which provides insurance cover. Players born on or after 1/1/2009 please register in the Net Set Go category $66 Players born between 01/01/2007 and 31/12/2008 please register in the Junior category $56 The Shepparton Netball Association (SNA) will not allow a player to take the court without VNA registration and payment so please bring a copy of your receipt with you to our registration night. Club and court fees for the season is $100 per player Netball dresses are $60 new and are compulsory, some second hand dresses will be available at registration night in varying sizes, conditions and prices Club socks are $10 and hoodies are $50 however these are optional B.S.N.C requires coaches, team managers and committee members for the upcoming season. Northern Eagles JFC are ready to launch as the northern cluster for Shepparton Junior Football Competition we are looking for: Players Coaches Umpires Team managers Parents / Club helpers Sponsors If you are a parent interested in your son or daughter to play football this year you are invited to attend our Registration Day on Wednesday March 13th We also need helpers and we want parents to be involved if just in a very small way nothing delights your child more than seeing a parent taking an active interest at games and training.
