It was decided to give Xerox copies of the NAAC Peer team report to all the departments for their reference and corrective measures to be taken in due course. It was decided to conduct TQM programme for the I year students. It was decided that the Action plans of the departments for the year 2012-13 is to be collected by the end of August 2012. during August 2012. It was discussed to conduct National Level Seminar by the departments of PG (Sociology and Economics). It was decided to organise Talent Search Program for all the students. Minutes of the meeting held on 19-01-2013 It was decided to honour Dr. Hampanahalli Thimmegowda, HOD of Kannada, for honoured (District Raajyotsava awardee & Vishwa Kanmani Awardee) The department of English was asked to take remedial classes for the slow learners. It was unanimously concurred to nominate Prof. H.V. Lakshminarayana, Rtd. Principal, Govt. Arts College, Hassan, as the local representative of IQAC for the year 2012-13. All the HOD.s were instructed to take their students for Educational Trip to the relevant places. It was decided to honour the highest academic achievers (2011-12) during the annual day program. Minutes of the meeting held on 27-01-2014 The results of the previous semester was discussed. All the PG HODs were requested to organise paper presentation program for their students based on their field survey. It was decided to organise Cultural Fest Kalothsava in the month of March 2014. It was decided to conduct Preparatory Exam for UG & PG students in April 2014. It was decided to honour the highest academic achievers (2012-13) during the annual day program. All the staff members and students decided to volunteer in Swacha Bhaarath Abhiyaan on 02-10-2014 by cleaning the surroundings of the college. College Gym inauguration date was finalised to be on 20-10-2014. Minutes of the meeting held on 04-02-2015 Dr. Munivenkategowda was finalised to be the Personality of the Year who is to be honoured during the annual day program for his valuable contribution in the medical field. Newly constructed separate toilets for girls and boys were to be open for the usage. It was decided to go for the automation of the library shortly. It was decided to organise live spiritual program organised by Shankara TV Channal on 26-03-2015 where Dr. Pavagada Prakash Rao was a Resource Person. It was decided to honour the highest academic achievers (2013-14) during the annual day program. It was recommended to introduce CBCS for UG It was recommended to provide Wi-Fi facility in the college. Minutes of the meeting held on 27-07-2015 within a month. It was decided to follow the required procedures to follow the autonomous status in the college from the current year onwards. It was unanimously decided to start morning assembly prayer regularly in the college.
It was decided to host 87 th Mysore University Inter College, Inter Zonal Men & Women Athletics Meet 2015-16 from 09/10/2015 to 11/10/2015 and all the staff members were requested to start the preparations for the same. It was suggested to shift the library & computer lab to the new building to accommodate more books & students respectively. It was decided to organise UGC sponsored One Day National Level Workshop on 12-09- 2015 by the department of Sanskrit. Minutes of the meeting held on 01-02-2016 Sri H M Shivanna, Freedom Fighter & social worker was finalised to be the Personality of the Year who is to be honoured during the annual day program. It was decided to organise UGC sponsored One Day State Level Seminar on 30-03-2016 by the departments of Economics and Geography in collaboration and also publish a book of research articles with an ISBN No. It was decided to organise UGC sponsored One Day National Level Seminar on 19-03- 2016 by the department of Political Science, also publish a book of research articles with an ISBN No. It was decided to organise UGC sponsored One Day State Level Seminar on 05-03-2016 by the department of Commerce. Red Cross Unit of the college was suggested to organise Blood Group Testing and Blood Donation Camp in the campus in the month of October 2016 It was suggested to send the proposal to change the name of the college. Suggestion was given to extend the toilets for boys and girls to accommodate the big number of students. The different departments were suggested to start relevant Certificate Courses to help not only our students but also the general public. Minutes of the meeting held on 11-02-2017 Sri Amzad Khan, social worker was finalised to be the Personality of the Year who is to be honoured during the annual day program.
It was suggested to renovate the parking area for the benefit of the staff and students. It was suggested to get the new canteen constructed. It was suggested to construct new convenient entrance to the college. Guidance was given to paint the campus building and also do the electrical wiring as it was getting worn out. It was suggested to send the proposal to start the M.Com., course. Suggestion was given for the construction of a new ladies hostel accommodate more girls. All the teachers were suggested to use ICT in their teachings. It was suggest renovating the college auditorium with the upgraded technical and modern facilities. It was suggested to install RO water filters for the benefit of the staff and students.
