We were really impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of the work crew. Great craftsmen, very professional, great service, easy to work with and very happy customers. Highly recommended. In today's world we need more business's like NW Siding. The detail was very on spot. Perfect job. NW siding and windows re-sided my house in the spring of 2018. Ken the project manager was professional, polite and was always available questions. The siding crew were professional and extremely hard workers. The market is insanely busy so we had a huge problem even getting a callback, but the office was quick and responsive, and the crews friendly, respectful and competent. We had a couple of change orders that... Taking care of a couple little things took too long but all in all I would recommend N.W. Siding. The site was kept "very clean" so props to them that. From the first contact with NW Siding to the finished project, every one I dealt with was a professional. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. The bid was accurate, the job was finished on schedule. NW Siding was the only company I interviewed who included house painting in their bid. I love... The painting side was a little difficult to work with but the siding project manager was amazing. I also never did a final walk through with the lead project manager and that put me off a bit but the workmanship of the siding is amazing and I would recommend them that. My experience with could not have been better. Starting with my first telephone call to Candice in their office, to Ken, the salesperson and project supervisor, and finally, to demolition crew eman, Alex, and Roberto, the installation eman, Roberto. Everyone involved the tear... The project manager was knowledgeable and very responsive to questions and coordinated their crew's activities closely with our other contractors. Great service! Every happy with it! Communication and timing are perfect! I am very happy with the service. It is hard to pull one person out. Both crews were great, Candice was fantastic, and I did not have an encounter with anyone who was not pleasant or respectful. Nov 17, 2014 Nov 14, 2014 The crews' communication with me. Everyone took time to call, chat, fill me in, explain, everything. This was very nice. They did not treat me or my wife like we were ignorant. I think they were really professional and I appreciate their understanding of me never having to do this on my own.
